The Buddies™ might contain bugs and errors. We will try to fix them as soon as possible but we accept no liability to errors found in the Buddies™, nor any cause damage or mistakes. Nevertheless we encourage our users to report any occuring bugs and errors to us.
The Buddies™ comply with the rules and regulations of Discord, including the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, Discord Developer Terms of Service or any other regulations set in place by Discord.
These terms may be changed without notice.
Consent
By being a member on a server using any of the Buddies™, you are consenting to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you or the server manager do not consent with the policies in this agreement, you are free to remove the Buddy™ from your server. When doing so all data concerning your server will be erased from our database.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the Buddies™ or the website. Use of the services is at your own risk.
User Responsibilities
Users must comply with Discord’s rules and must not use the Buddies™ for prohibited activities, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or any illegal actions.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Buddies™ or website at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms or Discord’s policies.
